The last five weeks the group average has gone down. The amount is 21 percent. The following is a comparison 5 weeks ago with today to see who the "winners and losers" were. The answer is somewhat surprising. Good old FSII didn't do so bad. I guess it has been beat up so bad for so long it had no place left to go.
