I am not a investor in SEXI, but a creditor. I feel all your pain. My relationship goes back to ICMX. The California legal suit is between/among ICMX, Lightwave Systems or Lightwave Products, or Lightwave Federal Systems, Inc. who was located in Simi Valley. The principal in these companies is Amos Lewis and maybe his wife and also Richard and Linda Ajamian who were owners of West Valley Business Credit (a factoring house). The core technology in ICMX video products was owned by Lightwave. ICMX was going to purchase Lightwave but never could get the money (more about ICMX later. they are worst than huttoe). Anyway the purchase of Lightwave never went through and Lewis started doing his own thing and eventually sold the technology to Dick Duddy and Bob Rodgers (Duddy was one of the founders of Excalibur ? (document control software and made lots of money out of it). They purchased Lightwave and moved it to NC and traded under a different name which I can't recall at the moment. The deal never worked out and Duddy reneged from the deal. Lewis started Lightwave backup and is trading as Lightwave Federal Systems, Inc. I not sure if he is operating out of Simi Valley or not. Lewis also sued ICMX and their principal---Jim Tully, Jim Christensen and Bob Campbell. What a trio.

I don't know where the suit(s) stands. In my nonlegal opinion ICMX suit is groundless and they did not owned the technology. I was an integrator of video systems and could buy from Lightwave or other similar manufacturers. When I was associated with ICMX and for a few year after ICMX, they were just hyping the video technology. There was nothing proprietary. I can do everything that ICMX was doing. I don't know about the DNAnalyzer and all the telemedicine but I don't think there is anything new in the VC area. Similar products are being made by VideoLan and C-Phone (you should have road these stocks).

Contact at SEC is Kenneth R. Lench, Branch Chief Enforcement Division 202-942-4688. He is interested in receiving any information you have. He won't comment as investingation is ongoing.

About Tom Clines and Bob Dutton. Both pawns of Jim Tully. Clines did a few years at Allentown relating to Iran Contra. He is ex-CIA as well as Dutton. Read about them in Gen Secords book. Don't know title but it is his only one. Believe Secord is suing Tully. Tully is good friend of John Royall investigated (ongoing) by SEC for Octogon, Inc. Similar action as SEXI. False press releases involving overseas sales etc. Don't give much hope for recovery. It was all hype no orders. Techology does have a play. I sold Lightwave product to House 5-6 years ago. Does have an application there. But who is going to build it? Don't know about white house but could find out. Doubt if there is anything there.

Is it Clydes of Reston or at Tyson Corners. That is where Tully, et al hangs out. Directly behind SAIC Virginia office. What a coincident that they list SAIC as an integrator. I know the whole crowd. I was first employee of ICMX after the three musketeers and help build the first protype units and help raise over $500K. I never saw any of the money. Split three ways . Money never went into product development. I have judgment for $70,000 against ICMX. They keep hiding assets. Sexi never answers any correspondence. Also held stock options on ICMX and was never advised of the sale to Sexi.

Other ICMX employees are as mad as most of you. They are holding options and the company owes them money.

Where did everyone go. Yoder, Raumer, etc. Walthers says he resigned. Someone mentioned he is still on the board but I though the board was huttoe and his wife.

more tomorrow.
