Ron,

I agree with your opinion. It was VERY strange to have CYE
make their announcement before the close of the market. In addition,
Dorfman is a JOKE. I was invested in CYE also, but luckily I had
put a limit to sell at $23.50, otherwise without some luck I'd
have been in the same boat as you other "poor slobs". Check the
Wall Street Journal Interactive Webpage Briefing Book on CYE. The
WSJ has a free user service for right now.

There was some large scale stock volume buybacks on 3/29. I would
still be very wary about getting back in just yet. There are a lot
of other software companies that are/will be having an earnings
decline for this past quarter. CYE is a bargain in this range, but
watch out! I'm going to wait this out for a few more days.
