If finding a piece of a satellite a couple of miles away from the impact sight isn't obliterated, than I don't know what is. If I didn't adhere to the strict Webster's interpretation of "obliterated" then, to quote the great philosopher Steve Martin:

EXCUSE ME!

And, I feel I have every right to criticize the media based on my own personal experiences. Perhaps Tim A is correct when saying their motives are pure. I would like to think that they are. But that doesn't change my opinion that I believe that they are often wrong.
