Wouldn't the new accounting firm at a mininum have to verify that GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) were followed by the previous firm???

How would this verification be accomplished?? Letter from old firm stating that it is their opinion that the financials submitted to them by FAMH management are in accordance with GAAP??? I think not.

Would everything have to be redone?? No, but a good portion would (field audits). Depending on the percentage it might be easier to re-do the whole thing.

I don't own FAMH, but this is a thought.
