If you were talking about the new firm being responsible for reporting the 2nd quarter results, I would agree because they would be taking over in the middle of the 2nd quarter. Bottom line: FAMH SAID AUDITED 1997 FINANCIALS, THAT MEANS AN AUDITING FIRM SIGNED OFF ON THE NUMBERS. THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE REVERIFIED.

If you have your 1997 taxes done by H & R Block, do you think they redo your 1996 taxes to make sure they were done right?
