I dont believe ther was a lot of hype type promotion at the Dayton meeting. What happened was that a lot of people expected a great announcement concerning FNET and it did not happen. We are all disappointed that there is no underwriter for FNET but thats the way it is at the moment. The agreement between DCI and FTEL has been extended to the end of the year. If something works out for DCI , great but if it does not then DCI will still be a profitable company next year. Joe Murphy did what he was supposed to do, he took FTEL to a number of venture companys and a number of underwriters. For reasons of their own they did not bite. Since Joe did not make any announcements concerning FNET, what announcements are you refering to that are all fluff? The joint venture with Telefonica is intact which was announced. The Muller Media deal is still on the table and I believe it will be closed this month. The largest part of the Dayton meeting was spent on the Privlege Card and from the conversations I have had with Joe & Paul I believe its potential is even greater than what Joe presented at Dayton. Ken, I am not giving you hype, I am only relating to you what my opinions are based on daily conversations with the staff at DCI.

Best Regards
