Jay ........... "AWRE may be worth a buy-out from LU specifically if LU perceives their value as an engineering house is worth the nickel to LU post LU's "pooling of interest" threshold in Oct." Are you suggest LU needs to wait (in order to buy Aware) for the time when they are allowed to pool? I'd think they could do it now for cash. They wouldn't have to pool to buy Aware...nor would I think they'd care to.
