Finally caught up on the thread. Don't blink on this thread.

So a split instead of the dividend so I guess we can expect MIDLP to open at around 15 on Monday or about 0.43 effective per share.

Given the October 1998 date, there is a time value here. Since the MIDLP are similar to an October call option. Are there any options traders out there who can calculate what the fair price (a la Black Scholes or some such) should be. Or does this even make sense?
