This is a positive distinction from other innovations where the reality is that although they might be great and useful ideas, there still needs to be a considerable investment of time and money in educating the customer base as to why they need them and how they will benefit from the innovations. It seems not to be a matter of Build it and they will come, but more of They're already here and waiting - just get them what they need and want.
