<Not necessarily to Skip> Here's another way to get quick and dirty visualizations of where support and resistance lie. It takes less time to *do* than it does to tell it.


Go to bigcharts.com


Key in the stock name. Set pull-down menus to time frame to one year with frequency daily. Set indicators to "Volume by Price" for the upper indicator and "money flow" for lower indicator. Click on "draw chart"


The result will give you a pretty good visualization of where the heavy transactions have occurred during the time frame selected.


(I use one year as a default but then adjust the time frame if there have been significant occurrences more recently.)
