ABOUT DGIV PRICE ACTION THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS:
there is no question DGIV price action is in an "accumulating" phase at this time. Why? the company has been relatively quiet (perhaps working out the last details of the contracts or form 10 filing/remember, Mr. Chin the DEAL CLOSER was on the road for a long time last month and has publicly stated in the newsletter many countries with 'ties"to DGIV).
In the meantime, other "hot"stocks came into the picture: INFE and ICVI. These two stocks in particular also attracted attention from the same investors who are already in or would otherwise be interested in DGIV. In the absence of news from DGIV, monies that may otherwise go to DGIV are now "diverted" to the other stocks, especially in view of the lack of news from DGIV recently. I know many "old DGIV ers" have NOT sold DGIV and have actually bought more to take advantage of the CHEAP price, which will be temporary (myself included); however, many others who do not KNOW DGIV as well have decided to focus their attention elsewhere. This is normal and understandable-after all, we are in the market to make money from our investments! Furthermore, even "old DGIVers" would take their new cash to invest in the other companies (notice I said NEW cash, not money from selling DGIV), hence the buying in DGIV was not at the level it was eaRlier.
So, the buying stream has slowed down in DGIV the last 2 weeks. This, in combination with MMs who are short the stock and who would walk down the "BID" price after each sale and not raise the "ASK" price after buys, caused the share price to be "stalled" at this level. BTW, the $6 level has demonstrated to be a FIRM support level for DGIV as many people have decided the stock is simply TOO CHEAP at this level to let it go by!!!
What will happen from here?
My bet is that Mr. Chin and the DGIV management KNOW what is going on!
After all, they DO read the thread to "feel" their investors' state of mind. Furthermore, being astute businessmen (DO NOT DOUBT THAT FACT FOR A MOMENT!), they know the only way to get DGIV going again after this "accumulation/quiet"phase is to regain "visibility". I know many, hopefully, all of us are in this stock for the long haul given its tremendous value; however, we are human! we do want to see the price moving NORTH again. DGIV management must know the best way to regain visibility and momentum is with SUBSTANTIAVE NEWS!
