Hi Buckeye,
I agree with Malko. Your concerns are extremely valid and I am glad you brought it directly to ProNet. They just opened for business and are not only dealing with domestic issues but international as well (as the poster from Roeselare, Belgium pointed out, his company has a potential 5000+ users if swift transfer can be implemented). Remember, ProNet is the first of its kind, a total one-stop shop import/export website with enabling a transaction from the beginning to end, this includes everything from finding the right product/vendor to the filling out of tariff forms and financing. I really don't know too much about this business but I have dealt with international ticketing and all the user and country taxes and regulations are so complicated that I can imagine if ProNet can simplify the international process so it is very user friendly to the consumer, the global implications are mind-boggling in terms of what this company(PNLK) will be worth.
As Malko pointed out, your posts had such a panic tone to them that it could have impacted a negative feeling to a new investor who has not taken the time to due proper DD or read thru the gazillion posts on SI (weeding thru the nonsense is trying enough), to know the history, the well-respected companies who allianced their services to launch this endeavor, and to the experienced and well-connected people at the helm.
In my estimation, this actually has been a good week for PNLK. It seems to have developed a base of around 3 with low volume consistently over the past several days. With more constructive comments instead of bashing on this thread have made it a more pleasant place to read and learn.
Buckeye, please keep us posted on the upgrades and usability for your needs, I think you are the first one I have read that is actually using it and your comments albeit the almost hysterical nature to them let us nonusers know what areas ProNet is working on to make it more usable. Remember that ThomasRegister is an established company and have been in business a long time..ProNet's services are more far-reaching and thus, will l encounter alot of 'bumps' before
all domestic/international needs will be met.
I hope you didn't lose business solely because of ProNet not being entirely functional yet and had a back-up plan.
Everyone have a great weekend, glad to see ZTECT finally got some rest :)))
