It's a lot easier for a major corporation to sue an individual "into the ground" than it is for a public company with partners, etc. My dad had only started seeking out capital (he still holds the patent rights to the process in Guatemala and production there continues) when the suit happened. Anna, the puppy continues to misbehave. The good news is that I've trained her to sing, "America". The only problem is I have to play it on the harmonica to get her started and I really suck at the harmonica. She sometimes forgets the third verse. JH
