A. Average Speed You would have to travel instantaeously (sp) back to A. Average speed = distance / time It took 2 min to travel at 30 mph to B, but to average 60 mph for the whole trip, you would have to do the whole trip in 2 min. Therefor you must do the return trip in the blink of an eye.
