Jeff - Sorry to hear about your father's patent troubles, but I don't see that happening here with DF-144. Last week in conversation with John Spriggs, I posed some questions about the patents. He said that he had purchased three patents and had recently had a new patent granted to him and Dan Fisher and was not worried about "reverse engineering" either because they were soooo far ahead of anyone else that the economics are easier for the large companies to purchase/JV with them as has been hinted/indicated.... Also he said that there are many different formulations possible not just for DF-144.... By the way, maybe you can teach your dog "Ain't Misbehaven.." Richard
