Shadow, nice to see you drop in with all these juicy hints. I hope you are right about the MOU hitting the news next week. And as you said I'm not finding any concrete web references to the "garage" operation you refer to (wouldn't mind more specific hints:-). But as I recall HP and Microsoft started in garages too. Besides, TMM doesn't even have a garage at the moment<GGGGGGGG>.

Backwards steps? I've been preaching reverse split here for two years, not that anybody agrees with me. If we are going to be a real company and make alliances, get financing for new projects, etc. we need to have a stock price in the $5.00 plus range. Which is impossible (whoever our new partner is) without a reverse-split. Especially after we merge and have what, 200-300 million shares outstanding? Just do it!

Just my two cents but since the implication is that the new company would be coming in under the TMM publicly held stock company I hope they are considering renaming the new, combined company. This name has not brought us much luck:-)
Chemicals, emissions, software???? How about "VAPORWARE INC." hahahahahahaha. NOT! Besides, Microsoft probably has the name already registered.

Stick around and enjoy the fun this time Shadow.

Next stop 4 cents but I'm looking for 10 times that.

Bruce
