Your analysis would make sense, except Company manipulation of stock opens them up to serious litigation. You won't believe how many companies are under suit by shareholders.

TSIS just doesn't sound like the type of Company that would risk this, just to get a few more thousand shares of stock. Agree?

Now MM manipulation is all too prevalent which is why serious sweeping changes are being proposed by the SEC on BB stocks. I don't doubt that they are up to something here, but even they had better be careful as they have sold lots of shares really cheap (i.e below Fair Market Value). This stock should go up at some point in a couple fairly big bursts to $1.00. The financials may do the job for us. We'll see.

PS- there are people far more knowledgeable than I. See if you can find a former MM here on SI to explain what might be going on. I just think it is a matter fo time.
