JDN, I'm going to guess that Bryce Business Systems Pty Ltd is a MAPX sales affilate in either Australia or New Zealand, and that this filing relates to some options they might have been granted. For now, I don't think it is the "bad" kind of Reg S. Whle trying to find out more about Brice, I went to the MAPX web site - mapics.com - I didn't find what I was looking for, but what a great site! Well-organized, nice graphics, loads fast, all sorts of good info for shareholders, including links to all recent SEC filings. Anyone interested in MAPX should take a look. Kevin
