While I certainly have no particular fondness for Bill or Hillary or any of their henchpersons (being pc), I anticipate Starr's report but not with joy. I believe the man (the First Philanderer) has seriously damaged the perception of the office, its prestige and has so politicized the executive branch that the country will continue to see the negative repercussions for some time to come. The Repubs. are not without fault as they have played into Bubba's hands on numerous occasions and I think the American people in general have totally lost faith in their government. The standard is now so low, its pathetic. Truly a shame. JLA
