I test drove the site my-self and had the same concerns.

Glen the ball is in your court.

Please tells how you propose to address these short-comings. Since you have the one of the best web programmers designing your site I don't think upgrading the site to address the issues mentioned is a problem.

However as loyal shareholders we sure would like to have a time frame on when a upgraded site will be up and running.
