Undervalued Dog alludes to some source calling itself Small-Cap Investment Center, whomever they are, for the supposed details of the lawsuit settlement. But one has to ask themselves: if IGNE weren't about to get a nice payday from somewhere... product sales, lawsuit windfall, etc... why are insiders buying? Just wondering. $^)
