Hello all. I am new to SI - joined because of this company. Regarding the remaining financing for the Fuzhou acquisition: I believe Robert Bell said on the CNBC interview (the AUDIO version) that Litchfield Continental is doing it. A few notes, if I have it right: 1. Global Spill Management owns Biofarm, which is a Romanian pharmaceutical company. 2. Global bought Biofarm from Litchfield Continental. 3. Litchfield is acquiring a controlling interest in RMGG (which will be transferred to Global???), and Litchfield is helping to bankroll the Fuzhou acquisition.
