If S&P so much as flinches, OE will crash.

Everyone knows that; Orbital, S&P, and the stockholders. I'll bet even a "cut" from five to four stars would put it into the low $3's.

If it weren't for years of S&P "five star" coverage, this stock would be lucky to trade over $1. It will be one ugly annual report if they have to fill all those pages with more excuses. We sure won't see any more pictures of Maleo or Polaris, and the Mercury and Tohatsu photos are getting old. What would there to be to add, some Bombardier photos? Without any production news, I wouldn't care. In addition to the missing announcements, which we've discussed in detail; there has been no additional coverage. Merrill Lynch was virtually promised. No where to be found. I'll say it again - without an announcement, we'll be trading in the $2's in December (even if S&P maintains their five stars). Although I can't believe they will. At some point you have to downgrade - the situation appears dramatically worse than it has in the recent years. Asia's economies collapsing, key markets now under sanctions, threats of mounting nuclear warheads on missiles, a crucial market's leader forced from power and the country in shambles. Think about it. All in a very short period of time. I myself am surprised S&P hasn't already downgraded, and simultaneously worried it will. OE's stock price stability is as perilous as the situation in Asia.

At this point all I can remember is my phone calls from Australia focusing on March 31st. What a joke. Leaving the company is looking less and less like a coincidence.
