Can this be correct? How could his share total have changed so drastically without any insider sales filings over the last year other than the often discussed "margin call" shares? Also this report no longer lists Barry Witz as a 5% owner, he was listed as the owner of over 2 million shares on last years annual report. How could all of these shares have been sold without any filings?
