TJS:
It is certainly time for Joe Vigliarolo and the Directors to tell their side about recent events.
JL is right when he accuses me of being supportive of Management and speaking to JV [ and Dal and JL and Dennis Casey and many, many others] about this company. It's my investment and I will talk to whoever I damned well please about it. I will never again rely on any one persons word about anything concerning the affairs of Airstar, or FIG, or IWIC, or SSI, or Top-Net, or anything else even remotely connected to them. What a sad comment.
But my support and a dollar might buy a cup of coffee. Management must get out front and let in a lot of sunshine about the current SEC investigation of Airstar, the DEAL concerning a sale of Airstar, JL's trading in Airstar stock, JL's "third party legal opinion" about his holdings and relationship to Airstar and, if necessary, just how culpable Management has been in these matters. This is by no means a complete list, but everyone should get the idea. It is time to quit trying to deal with these things on the QT.
I think the shareholders have been patient enough. It is time to "break the code of silence" unless, of course, there are Constitutional issues about the right to remain silent on the grounds that anything said would tend to incriminate that person.
