Dr Summers, thank you for your answers. Would you care to respond to my post at Yahoo concerning your prior posting at that thread?

On April 27th Dr David Summers using the alias zmceucik posted the following entitled "Asleep in the Woodlands" right here on this thread.

>All I want to know is when this company is going to do something for real. Either Dr.J is a psuedo for the Company or he is as out to lunch as the rest of the crew.<

Gee he not only insulted me but everyone else on the thread.

messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com

I checked the profile at the time on the poster and found out znceucik was David Summers.

edit.my.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com

Since then David Summers has posted under multiple aliases but he has never been so silly as to use his own name in his profile until yesterday at SI. Please don't feel sorry for this man who in my opinion only wants to see ABMI go down the toilet now that he is not part of the company.

Do you need to know why he posts so negatively about American BioMed. Why don't you ask him? He sure isn't likely to tell the truth in my opinion but here is the reason I think he does it found on page 18:

sec.gov

In May 1997, a former officer and director of the Company filed a lawsuit alleging oppressive action toward a minority shareholder, breach of contract, wrongful termination and unpaid debts and advances. The Company is vigorously contesting this lawsuit. The February 1998 mediation conference, which was mandated by the Court,
did not result in a settlement agreement and the case is scheduled for trial in 1998. The Company is unable to make a meaningful analysis of possible or likely damages, if any.

In August 1997, a former officer and director of the Company filed a lawsuit alleging breach of contract and is seeking specific performance and monetary damages. The Company is vigorously contesting this lawsuit. The Company has accrued $125,000 which is management's best estimate of the ultimate liability, if any. The resolution of this matter may have a material adverse impact on the Company's financial position, results of operations or cash flows.

It looks like we have at least two people with personal vendettas against Steve Rash and American BioMed. I think they have been taking it out on us right here on this Yahoo thread by trying to create an atmosphere of fear, discord and failure.

All the other lawsuits that American BioMed has been involved in are now settled. Most of them happened back before Steve Rash took over the company so draw your own conclusions as to who got American BioMed into hot water in the first place.

What about it Dr Summers, was that you posting at Yahoo?

Just a few more questions for you Dr Summers:

Do you have any family members posting here at SI?

If you do have family members posting here would you mind telling everyone who they are?

Why did you show up on this thread pretending to be nothing more than a simple investor losing money?

Why did you ask us to share good news about the company with us when you know the business inside out?

Mind if I call Dr Ahn and ask him if he considers you a friend?

If you still hold shares in ABMI wouldn't you be better off to say good things about the company than bad?

I mean wouldn't we all make more money if you had a positive outlook despite the fact you are no longer with the company?

Why are you posting here?

What do you feel ABMI stock is worth in the future?

Should people buy more or sell?

Do you continue to post at Yahoo under multiple aliases?

If so which ones?

Regards, Jeff
