There is an existing way of doing things.There is an existing pipeline of suppliers.Why don't the airline stripping facilities just conform to the new OSHA regulations rather than adopt a new stipping procedure. My only concern is...."damn this is to good to be true"... is this just another ~jesus' machine..ie turn water into wine!
