I disagree....the SEC made it clear that brokers could not begin trading again until they filed 2-11's. It is possible to "piggyback" so if Hill-Thompson is now trading that means that they must have filed a 2-11. Question: How did they do that without the proper financials which you indicate the company is only now doing? and if Hill-Thompson is properly trading.....why haven't others piggybacked and made a full market out of RMIL?

My other references are not vague.....you know exactly what I am talking about.
