NEWS ABOUT SEXI 8-K Filing Just so everyone doesn't think I'm smoking the wacky tabacky, look at this URL at tiger stock quotes. fast.quote.com The Headline reads SEXI files 8-k !!!! This is where I found it. If anyone has a quote.com subscription they can at least get the story. Hope someone has it !!!!! I think we will see ALL the shares registered on the short form. Then possibly and ammendment to rescind shares. I believe they have to first register all the shares outstanding properly since good ole Charlie screwed it up. Once that happens, then I believe they can legitimate ask for shares to be retired. Mike
