Well Jim .. the friend is my brother.

He just retired from the USAF. At one point, not long ago, he was working in MI, doing Global threat analysis, Asia sector. Thought he might be a good person to set down with.

Was not able to get very far. Did learn one good item.

There were several suitcase devices that the KGB lost after the cold war. By thin time there is a high probability that the explosives have degraded enough to make the devices useless (as a nuke that is).

Got one or two other tidbits that I will not publish.

Regardless of what else happens .. the US will never launch...this is good.
