IMHO you need to get yourself another attorney. You are obviously getting very poor (or no) advice to have been saying the things you have publicly over the past few days. Unless you learn to keep a muzzle on, you have little chance to prevail in court. Show a little class and a jury might be sympathetic. Right now you are your own worst enemy.
