<< None of the other directors or employees show selling. In fact their position is up in most cases >> I don't see that. In fact I see that even if you subtract Par's decrease in ownership the amount held by officers and directors has decreased ever so slightly. (3,205,475===>1,957,167) There are a couple of new names on the list but they don't make up for the selling by other insiders. (Or decrease due to "out of the money options" which I will admit if proven to me). I notice Vanguard isn't listed as a 5% owner anymore and Par is taking a $60,000 salary now.
