Can get that Edgar as I am not a subscriber. Probably could get it some other way but does it indicate that the reverse split would be instituted immediately. I assume that might be the case.

Hope they announce something favorable at the same time. Otherwise we might have a pretty good dip. But once the reverse split is behind us, I would think that things will go pretty well for this company.
