Don,

Back in January GMTC issued a press release, that referred to MGAM's trouble with the Justice Dept. and said they would delay bringing out their version of a similar game. The press release was not well written and some of the news agencies, including the Wall Street Journal, reported that GMTC was raided. The corrections did not receive much notice and the stock dropped precipitously. The suit was announced soon thereafter and in my opinion has absolutely no basis in fact, but you should look it over to satisfy yourself.

The company is building its staff to allow it to grow to the next level. As word gets out I can't help but believe the market will value the stock more appropriately.
