Hi,
Just what are you fellows crying about? If you want to play a game where you know the odds, go to Vegas. Brokerage houses are in business to make money. They tell everyone, including their clients up front that they may make trades contrary to their clients' positions (ie they can borrow their clients stock and short the sh_it out of a stock). Every client agrees to this when they sign a client agreement. When naive people quit aggreeing to suckered (oops wrong word-evidently people willingly assign their hard earned after tax dollars to brokerage houses in rigged stock deals), and I expect that will be when hell freezes over, the stock market will change. The irony is that in the rare circumstance when a junior actually makes a real discovery, controll of the company is in the street (there are rare exceptions-ie Diamet Minerals-thats why there was no bidding war for controll, because Chuck Fipke and other founders still had over 50% of the stock), and the brokerage firms buy up controll and make the bulk of the capital gains. If you are over 18 years of age, you are "it for tag", if you are over 21 years of age, you should know better. You fellows have nothing to complain about.
