Skeeter, I think there are problems with things like charges and employee stock options, but most of the data is there if one looks for it. I don't have to look very far to see what I think are fundamental flaws with the market. With an S&P 500 PE near 28 and price-to-book near 6, I think there is plenty of evidence that the market is fundamentally WAY overvalued compared to any historical norms. These other things are just icing on the cake. I think it will be interesting to look back after the fact and see what gets blamed for the irrational exuberance. WS
