Well Offie it didn't take long for you to post questions that have all been answered. Don't take yourself so seriously no one really cares.

There are not any sinister doings behind the scenes at Oilex. Allen Burditt and his brother Paul Burditt are actively engaged in guiding the companies Oilex and Caye Chapel through this stage of their growth. Paul has been instrumental in developing and implementing most efficient routing and most productive routing for the portable swabbing units. His work has minimized costs and maximized revenue.

Allen has invested literally millions of his own money into both companies. He has a lot at stake. He has every interest to see both Oilex and Caye Chapel to be profitable high growth companies. He is working for the shareholders every day.

Earlier this year the Oilex debenture holders betrayed a trust and began a premature conversion of shares. The company was in effect screwed by its own investors to the detriment of the shareholders including Allen Burditt.

About a year ago a group of disgruntled shareholders who had tried to steal the company and failed began a smear campaign that involved the filing of frivolous lawsuits and persistent bashing on various internet message boards. Nothing has come of their activities except to cause losses for the shareholders.
