EDITORIAL
This is a free country, in many ways. Therefore, folks can post whatever they desire. (Except, for myself, according to certain people). However, I have a hard time "buying" this whole scheme. This could all turn out to be a disaster!
I do not understand what folks expect to gain. Dr. Shalom Z. Hirschman is going to maintain a TV and certain other media silence until an FDA IND, on Reticulose, is issued, if an IND, is issued. If the wrong information is leaked out to the public, at this stage of the game, then everything that he and many others have worked so hard for could be ordered to come to a sudden and permanent halt, by the FDA and/or the SEC. It could all be over, folks!
Regulatory agencies are in complete control of the situation right now. Those encumbrances that have legally been placed on Dr. Hirschman and ADVR, by regulatory agencies rules and regulations, may be lifted soon, but certain restrictions are in-place right now. It is a necessary hindrance, but never-the-less a fact of law in the United States of America.
The FDA'S rules and regulations and guidelines are very strict. Perhaps, they are, in some ways, too strict. But, they are the law. One can not get around them. Compliance is the only way out! Success will follow provided it is done correctly. It will be done the right way under Dr. Hirschman! In the meantime, FOLKS MUST BE PATIENT!
WARNING: Don't be a part of tearing down what it has taken so long to build up. We are close to being heard. This has come about by Dr. Hirchman's and many others accomplishments. The light is there, so do not be a part of putting the "ADVR LIGHT" out forevermore. Be careful! |
