Offie, The bylaws are contained in the SEC filings. I think the latest one has those bylaws. I don't have to prove that you lied outright but you imply through innuendo that there is something fraudulent or sinister or illegal going on behind the scenes. By making these inferences you are lying by association. Every one of your questions has been answered, many times.
