Regarding the bylaws Steve:

You stated:

The bylaws are contained in the SEC filings. I think the latest one has those bylaws.

You might want to check the SEC documents Steve. The bylaws included in the filing are those of Aktech, Inc., the shell which Oilex acquired. Now since that took place in December of 1991, one might think that the bylaws have been altered since that time.

We investors, of course, wouldn't know that though. Because when I request, three times, that Oilex send me a copy of the bylaws, I was ignored. Well actually, the third time Omar came on the thread and said I had to submit a certified mail request before he would acknowledge my request. And, we all know the track record that Oilex has in accepting certified mail --- but then that's another issue!
