To all, I'm amazed at where this BB has gone and I admit to playing a part in some of the low quality posts, but it's not in my nature to stand by as people like The Finger attempt to destroy a company with lies.
AENG holds a revolutionary invention with massive potential and that can't be underestimated. This is a 5 month old public company that some people seem to believe should be running like a Fortune 500 Company. Anyone with a modest amount of reasoning power should be able to understand that growing pains are part of the game. There are very few 5 month old companies that could open so many doors at major corporations so quickly and with such positive results.
Yesterday, I posted 2 letters from industry experts stating their views of the tests they've witnessed on the OX2 engine. The only comment received back was from someone who tastes like chicken wanting 3rd party verification. Give me a break! If they were inaccurate, the potential backlash would be massive. The skepticism on this BB is beyond reason and seems to be taking on a life of its own. Why is it easier to accept the BS conspiracy theories instead of expert opinion?
Did anyone notice this in the 3rd paragraph of Bob Teague's letter written yesterday, post #372? "During the demonstration at my facility, I personally verified that the engine was producing about 200 foot pounds of torque at about 1300 RPM. This is quite a feat for a motor that is so small. Other amazing features include very low exhaust temperature and what appears to be unheard of fuel economy. Our figures indicated that the fuel economy is in the .19 brake specific level. This fuel economy has been verified by an independent organization in Detroit. I also accompanied the engine to the demonstration at Mercury Marine. Once again, this amazing economy was a prominent subject." How many engines do you know that produce these stats?
Lonnie, Will it require an audit to prove that I'm not part of the company? How may times have I stated that I'm a shareholder and that is all? If The Finger tells you something, you have reason to be cautious. Don't forget, he made statements and was offered ONE MILLION DOLLARS (2 statements times $500K each) to prove them. I don't hear anyone offering me that kind of money to prove any of my statements. Will Tasty Chicken offer me ONE MILLION DOLLARS (2 statements times $500K each) to prove that the letters came from Shelby and Teague? Please, anyone, make the offer!
I need to thank many of you for being such a pain in the _ss. Without you, I would never have developed the new contacts I have with those surrounding AENG. Credible people from places you can't believe fill my mailbox with interesting information and I thank them for it. You see, they read this BB and support my stand entirely. But most of all, you guys deserve the thanks...........for without the battles, this would never have happened.
By the way, Paul, that's an excellent suggestion about conducting a showing/running of the engine for the public. We'll see what happens!
You know, I don't enjoy discussing investments with Fingers, Chickens, Wonks, Numbers, etc. How about stating your accurate first and last name when posting? This may be a good first step toward open and honest discussion by ALL participants. No need to crucify me for this, let's just do it!
