Personally, I buy Naz stocks at their lows for the reasons in the article. Naz has habit of going very overbought to very over sold. You can make a lot more money trading these in the short term than the NY or AMEX. Lesson to me, buy when the market hates it and news like the article you posted become the word. Always works.
