FreeEdgar.com is actually quite informative... same day filings appear withotu having to pay a membership fee to view them.. furthermore, every single filing the company has ever submitted is listed and is viewable without any password required... in my opinion, this is excellent :) the past 3 10QSB"s were filed on 2/17/98, 11/14/97, and 8/14/97.. these are all exactly 3 months apart, so that would lead me to believe their next 10QSB shoudl have been filed around 5/15-17... but, as we all can see, that didn't happen, so they're behind and hopefully will file it very soon...
