If the private placement holders have really finished selling and IAIC can indeed get by with current cash flow from operations, a much brighter future lies ahead. Private placements and secondaries always drag down share prices for a while. Be glad that IAIC seems to be coming out of that phase on a positive note with good news, unlike many former high flyers who never regain their former luster.
