GDI owner is desperate, as you know they are losing money. OE is only a marketer (read the annual report). There may be delays that are not in OE's control. What we need to keep close tabs on are the PUT options the syndicates have on the technology. The exercise of these put options would be an extreme negative. It would essentially halt any further work on implementing the technology. An exercise would be material fact for OE management to report to the financial press. None of this has happened and I don't think it will. The puts are the syndicates hedge to protect the investments they have made. This is very normal and you can find reference to these options in the latest annual report.
