RE <Compaq is still thought of as having quality problems in the corporate world. I don't like to hear this because I'm long a LARGE number of shares, and I really hope they address these issues.> I would hope the same for the same reason too. Back to what I have quoted in a report days ago about Dell overtaking Compaq in services and hardware, another direct example I got today was from a party I just came back from. A friend of my who works for a law firm. He also happens to be a Compaq share holder. Their law firm recently replaced all their desktop computers with laptops. They use Dell laptops. In his words, "they LOVE Dell computers." I wish it were Compaq.
