Ibexx,

For a different view on this subject, there are several good books which talk about trading strategies. These books do not advocate the type of trading mentioned in the article you provided the link to, but they also do not advocate buy and hold forever. They are very interesting, intelligent and informative reading, even if you don't agree with them.

The first is "How to make money in stocks," by William O'Neill, founder of Investor's Business Daily. The second is "Winning on Wall Street," by Martin Zweig.

I have found Mr. O'Neill's book particularly valuable. I never did well in the stock market until I read it; I have consistently beat the market averages since, with fabulous results in several years.

Good trading to you, too,

Tom
