My response to a self proclaimed naysayer on AOL with a lot of facts to back up his position:

You bring up some very valid points based on FAMH's actual track record for the last 4-5 months. Further, your points about the delays, etc. are based on facts, not opinion. I truly find your points very compelling.

For the most part, I only have forward looking projections (mine) to go on based on logic (mine) and some facts I know. Following are pertinent things I am thinking:

o FAMH in business MAKING MONEY for 19+ years (no jail time or civil suits for Arif)

o Arif decided to go public and expand the business. Somewhere along the way Ira Monas entered the picture (I don't know anything about how/why/when Ira came on board).

- Did Arif promise Ira things he didn't follow up on? I don't know.

- Did Ira turn out to be a loose cannon fast buck artist and try to pull the wool over Arif's eyes, only for Arif to eventually find out and can Ira? I don't know.

- Was Ira really hospitalized with a heart condition? I believe he was.

- Is Arif responsible for the past behaviour and broken promises made by FAMH? Absolutely...he is the CEO

o FAMH acquired a small Deleware firm...WHY? I believe to grow revenue base

o FAMH acquired Myriad...WHY? I believe to dramatically grow revenue base

o FAMH obviously had the verifiable resources (cash or otherwise) to complete all the acquisitions so far. This tells me FAMH must have generated the money from past successful operations

o FAMH hired new auditing firm with offices in both NYC and CA. WHY? I believe because of offices on both coasts AND their expertise in dealing with the SEC. Why would this matter? Because they want to be a reporting company and eventually trade on the NASDQ

o FAMH has located 3 candidates for a new CFO and intend to have one of them on board within two weeks. WHY? To bring experience and expertise to the table in dealing with all financial matters, with the shareholders and with the SEC

o FAMH is in the staffing business which is very lucrative, especially with the year 2000 problem approaching (may require an army of COBOL programmers)

o FAMH has cash from ongoing operations. Do they NEED to perform a scam in order to succeed? I definitely don't think so
