Then Ron, I refer you to Hashimi's letter from the SEC he reproduced on the thread here, or call the Florida office for confirmation. As far as 'patience'....as you can see from the creditors decision to work with RMCW and there being no forclosure, Morgan has stated he will not close the door on Puhr/RMCW either, he will allow Puhr to exhaust his efforts. In the interim he is working on another aquistion/merger. I believe if the RMCW merger cannot be finalized there will be an 8K defining RMIL's new direction. I would think that is 'public' enough. We have the float in Name, so I'm very enthusiastic about trading commencing in 60 days or so. I have no axe to grind with RMIL, it appears you do. I would suggest since you are in a position to sell your GRNO, you do so, that picture is much more bleak than RMIL. Pugs
